When I want to export my work, I'm presented with two options: Export the entire project or export a single page. I prefer a third option: Export selected pages. This option allows me to select multiple pages I focus on in my classes and send them to the target audience.

I’m working on a project where each page of my GoodNotes notebook needs to be its own standalone PDF—but GoodNotes only lets me export a page range as a single file. Before I resort to manually splitting the PDF later, does anyone know of a way or workaround to:

Select multiple non‑contiguous pages (for example: pages 2, 5, 7, 10)

Export each one immediately as its own PDF document in a batch

Bonus points if there’s a Shortcut or script that can automate this on iPadOS! Any tips, plug‑ins, or creative workflows you’ve used would be hugely appreciated.

This is already possible. If you select the pages in the page manager menu (the button which looks like a grid of four squares), you get an option to export selected pages. This suggestion should therefore be closed out in the feedback list.

I wonder if the GoodNotes team has anyone looking through the suggestions, ever, to check for duplicates of for ones which can be closed out?

I don't even see where to export one page!

At present, we only can export one page or all the pages. It would be great that we can select the pages we want to export, not only one or all.

i use good notes on my windows laptop and can't find a way to select a few pages only from a notebook, i also think there should be a way to export only a part of the document not the whole file

I figured out how to do this with the current version just now, thank you.

Click the top left button with the four squares, then select the pages you want to export in one group by selecting multiple. I believe i held down the shift button while selecting.

Once they are all selected, right click and find the export option. :)

Currently on the Windows version, you can only export the entire notebook. For a student with a notebook containing 100 pages of homework, this can take a while, then I have to re save the PDF with just the pages I need to turn in. Please make it so I can select one or a couple of pages and export that group.

Ability to Select pages of the document to export as a pdf is needed, instead of exporting all the document each time.

Thanks for this helpful application, but can you ass the ability to select some pages to export instead of the only choice of exporting all the file pages together which is usually not helpful.

Exporting select pages to different format needs to be prioritized to get people using the window version versus.

It would be very helpful, if we could select individual pages from a document, and then download them, rather then downloading the whole document. Because if the document is to large, my Goodnotes just won't export it anymore. If it would be possible to split the document into smaller pieces, then this problem would maybe go away.

It is great that now we can export our notebooks! But then just now I was thinking that it would be really useful to be able to, for example, export only the current page, or manually select the pages you want to be exported.

I would like to add the possibility to choose which pages to export and not export them all or just one. This update would be very useful for school

First of all I must say that I love the app and the overall workflow it provides. However, I found few small issues that I think could really improve the performance:

1. I would like to be able to export selected pages. Sometimes I need to send pdf of 2-3 pages from my notes and I cannot do it easily.

2. I would like to be able to share whole folder with my cooworkers

3. I would like to notify my coworkers when I edit something in the document. Maybe some kind of pop-up notification or icon would be enough.

These are 3 things that came to my mind.
