More Keyboard Shortcuts
Please add more to the keyboard shortcut list! I work with a macro pad right now and it is super useful to be able to switch between the tools. But it would be a huge improvement to able to toggle between the colors, and sizes. Even better make the keyboard shortcuts customizable. Continuing to work on the keyboard shortcuts in any capacity would make a large improvement to my work flow.

When taking notes or writing in a document, there’s often not enough space on the page. In such cases, adding a “page expansion” feature that allows users to extend the writing area within the same page would provide greater flexibility and continuity. This would be particularly useful for users who prefer to keep related content on a single page rather than having it scattered across multiple pages. Thank you for your ongoing efforts in creating such a powerful and thoughtfully designed app. We hope you’ll consider this suggestion in future updates.

more tape toggle
Add an option for the tape feature to toggle all on or all off, in addition to the remove all feature. I don't want to go through my entire document to open them all or close them all. One button is better.

Bigger writing for whiteboard
I would like to be able to make the writing size bigger for features like the whiteboard since I personally like to have a lot of size difference in my mindmaps and it would really help out. I‘d suggest to have the 3 different sizes like before but also add an option to create your own size with a pen that you can resize by pixelwidth, so everyone is happe :)

Connect an image to a hyperlink (URL)
I‘m lucky to have the ability to define an URL on a text. But I really would like to be able to define a hyperlink on an image.

Share Study Sets / Flashcard to other users (not just the simple text based ones)
Study sets of all formats (i.e including image based and handwritten sets) should be able to be shared (/exportable) to other users and apps
Especially to other Goodnote users as I'm unable to share some sets to classmates and we're both Goodnote premium users (us sharing an iCloud isn't a reasonable option)

Toolbox following
When I try to type with my keyboard, typing toolbox is keep following. So this toolbox makes me can’t read the text in the above line. Could you please make it hide or fix on the top?

Anchor
Have the ability to anchor an image, text box or handwritten element to one specific part of the page. I often accidentally move something I did not intend to simply because the lasso tool touched it.

Protractor tool
The ruler angle measuring is not very user friendly for students. It would be great to add an actual protractor tool. On the same note, there should be a tool that allows you to draw a circle with its visible and radius measurement available.
I’ve made an image of a protractor into a sticker element which I then save on student’s divices individually.

Add option to hide/disable the contextual menu when selecting text
It blocks the view while writing and can’t be moved or dismissed

I'd like to disable the double-tap undo feature, since I don't use it, but it's sometimes triggered accidentally.

Student scrolling bar
As a teacher, when I mark students' work, it is easy for me to touch the student scrolling bar at the bottom accidentally and move to the work of other students. It is quite annoying.
It is suggested to move the student scrolling bar to the top or to the left. Or let the user choose the position of the student scrolling bar.

Audio
A dedicated tab where all audio recordings from different files can be viewed in one place. This would make it more efficient, especially when freeing up storage space, since users can easily see and delete recordings without having to open each file individually to check for audio content. Additional tab like the ones below.

Would be nice if we are able to access all recordings from different files in one tab. It would be more convenient to be able to access all recordings, from different files, in one single tab. When freeing up space, it is such a hassle opening files one by one to check if there’s a recording. A tab where all recordings can be seen makes deleting the audios quicker.

Select All after Searching
Why is managing files in Goodnotes so painful? I want to select all intended files (and then export them) after searching but I can't just do it.

Line straightener
Before the last update when holding the pen to do a straight line it would be aligned to the starting point, making it easy to place where intended. Now the line is drawn in the middle between the start point and the end point, making it inconvenient to place since, expecially when drawing long lines, it's difficult to end on the same height. It's frustrating because trying to adapt I more often end up drawing curves or have to move the line with the select tool.
So please bring back the old system
