Add rich text formatting
GoodNotes provides the best handwriting experience, but the lack of rich text formatting (bold/italics, font sizes, font colors, bullets, numbered lists - you can only do one option per entire text box) makes apps like Notability a better option at the moment (despite the fact that the handwriting really sucks). There's no app that has handwriting at the level that GoodNotes has and also had proper text capabilities

Yes please! Had to download notability for this as I have a lot of ppt that I convert to text. When I copy paste to goodnotes its hard to re-arrange them when it’s all in just one box and doesn't even fit one page, so it’s a hassle to cut part of the text and add them to new text boxes on the other pages ;(

Yes please! This is the main thing holding me back when taking notes on my laptop.

This should allow for basic, HTML-like formatting such as the ones that are found in wiki editors (e.g. markdown-based):
- Bold, italic, underlined, subscript, superscript, text color, highlight color
- Headings
- Bullet lists and numbered lists with several levels of indentation
- Ideally, tables
- Insert pictures
- Hyperlinks (to a URL or to a bookmark in the same or another notebook)
- Special characters
- Horizontal rule
- Etc. -

This is a thing that really annoys me as well. I love the app with the use of Apple Pencil, but it is annoying not to use different text styles in one text box
