zoom window tool on mac

I would love to have the zoom window tool on the mac version of the application. I use the ipad version and the zoom window tool really helps me take notes but sometimes I need to use the mac for certain note taking situations in the classroom. This would greatly improve my ability to take notes in any circumstance. Thanks.

    I like using Goodnotes through project sidecar, and this is the only feature missing from my lecture notes workflow on iPad when I try doing it on macOS.

    I would like to be able on the Mac version to zoom into a page of notes and move the note paper around so I can position detail that I need at a scale I want. Currently after zooming into a page I cannot seem to be able to move the page around so I can see all the content of the page.
