Organize comments in outline section
Glad you added comments! Earlier I requested a collapsible post it, it this is better! I wish I could see all comments in one place, like in the outline section. Attached is a place you could do it!

Completely agree! Just like one browses the pages and outline of a document there should be a tab just to browse open comments in the document.
+1 if This tab could additionally allow for searches, as others requested.
