Shortcut/Alias
Having the same file in multiple folders without having to duplicate the file to make 2 separate files. So edits on the document in one folder affect edits in the other folder.

Regular shortcuts are just references to the destination item. alias shortcuts, which function as if they were a totally separate replica of the original object. Only query topics and dimensions have alias shortcuts. https://connections-game.com
