It would be great to add an option where you can „secure“ a picture on a page

So, sometimes I add pictures to my pages with exercises for my students. But then, when I want them to write answers on them, they accidentally touch some spot on the page and the picture moves and the writing is underneath and so on. I know it’s possible to add a picture as a new page but sometimes I add several pictures on one page. Just please give me the option to securely add a picture to the page.
