I recently received a Samsung Galaxy tablet from the workplace for use. I am an ipad user at home. I had no problem with downloading goodnote app when using ipad. However, downloading the Goodnote app from a Galaxy tablet took me a while. It required me to access my Samsung or Google email accounts to download the app. Since I don't have a Samsung account, it took me another few minutes to download the app through my Google account. I need clarification on why iPad users can freely download the app while Galaxy tablet users must log in to a Samsung account to download the app. In the future, I hope galaxy tablet users also can freely download the app without any requirements, such as accessing samsung account.
