Hello GoodNotes team,
I’m running GoodNotes 6 on my iPad (latest version) and have purchased the “All Platforms – Yearly” subscription (renewal date: May 15, 2025) through my Google account. My Windows app correctly shows that I’m signed in with the same account and my subscription type.
However, on the iPad under Settings ▶ Cloud & Backup, I only see the iCloud Sync toggle. I have:
Disabled iCloud Sync
Signed out and signed back in (using my Google account)
Confirmed I’m on the latest GoodNotes 6 release
…yet the GoodNotes Cloud option never appears. As a result, I cannot enable automatic sync between my iPad and Windows devices.
Could you please grant me access to the iOS Pilot Program or advise how to unlock the GoodNotes Cloud toggle so that cross-platform syncing works as expected? Thank you for your assistance.
