White paper. When we print out work there is a shadow from the yellow background
Add white paper to write on so when we print it does not waste ink with the yellow tint.

I haven't tried Anonymous' suggestion; it sounds pretty simple.
However, you can also go here http://www.miqrogroove.com/blog/2012/goodnotes-white-templates/ where someone was nice enough to create white page templates both in "iPad" size and regular letter size.
Download the files and store them on Google Drive, DropBox, etc.
Then, from within GoodNotes, go to "Options" from the home screen (bottom right), Template Library, Edit, +, and then select the app from which you want to import the docs.
Find and select the document and it'll upload.
I also made my own College Ruled, Letter Sized, White Page doc with a vertical red line down the left hand side just like a regular piece of paper. You can get it here if you want:

I believe that you can choose to remove the background color in the new version. When you're choosing your export options, under 'Backgrounds' you can select 'Remove Background Color' or even set it to 'Blank' so that your notes will print with a white background. Best of luck!
