Love the iOS app. I think others are right with you should be treating this software as a windows application like Brightroom or Word instead of an Internet extension.
-As a beta, I was expecting more being able to log into my account like, being able to see what I have already created on iOS since I paid the fee. I would like for the beta version to have all the is features, like the image import, shape text, and the zoom window for sure as the beta version is really not helpful to write notes, but it is a great start! Just hoping for to use a more beneficial app like the ios one.

managing files and folders in the windows file explorer
goodnotes as a windows native app with the created files and folders accessible/managable throu the file explorer.
option to choose where to save the files (saving on another drive for example, switching standart folder would also be useful)the folders and subfolders created in the app are made in the selcted folder, accessing it via file explorer will give you the exact same strukture
advantages:
-easy selecting of specific files via explorer without the need to exit already opend files (if you need to look something up while working on homework)

Ability to standardise my account
I have quite a number of annotated notes i refer to do my homework/revision. With synced accounts it would be great as all my saved files will be viewable on both screens. I would be able to have another screen to use while referring to my notes. Currently, I divide my iPad screen into my imported annotated notes and a notebook for me to do my homework. It is hard to write on my iPad with only half the screen available.

Using fingers to resize and move selection
Unfortunately, at the moment it is only possible to resize or move the selection using the stylus. In my opinion, it would simplify the operation if this was also possible with the finger or even with the computer mouse.

The setting for preventing accidental touches
In the past, GoodNotes had a setting that prevented me from interacting with objects such as stickers, notes, or photos without using the selection tool. It seems this setting was removed in the last major update.

Math feature suggestions
In the iOS 18 update there will be a feature in the calculator app where you can handwrite math equations and it will automatically generate an answer in your handwriting after an equals sign. It will also edit its answer as you edit the equation. This could be a cool feature to implement into Goodnotes even if it just gives you an answer when you convert an unanswered equation into maths. Can't select text on pdf in Windows Goodnotes version
I can't select text on pdf uploaded on goodnotes and idk why, I purchased an annual plan for windows even having the permanent purchase from iOS account. I quite angry tbh.
