Real-time Cross-Device Collaboration
Imagine if multiple users could open Moto X3M on Android, Windows, or Web and collaborate in real-time, similar to Google Docs. This would be a game-changer for classrooms, study groups, and teams, enabling shared brainstorming, annotating, and note-taking without platform limits.
20 votesHello, thanks for raising this feature!
We're happy to share that we’ve released improved real-time collaboration on Android, Windows and Web.
With this update, you can invite participants to work on the same document and see their updates in real time, including their live cursors, so you always know where everyone is.

Copy and insert multiple pages
It would be great if one could copy and insert multiple pages from one Notebook to another.
1 voteThank you for your suggestion!
We’ve recently released the multi-select feature that should help with this workflow.
Please make sure you’re on the latest version of the app — you can check this via Settings → About.
Here’s how to copy and insert multiple pages:
- Open the sidebar in your first document and tap the checkmark icon to enable multi-select.
- Select the pages you’d like to copy.
- Use the Copy action to copy the selected pages.
- Open the desired notebook, and either via the sidebar or the + Add Page option on the toolbar, select Paste Page.

multiple pages selection & deletion
I want to select and delete more than one pages in a note. The iPad version has the ability to select pages and delete them, but why not the Windows version? I would appreciate it if you could add this feature as soon as possible. Otherwise, I think I will have to stop paying for the app because it is so inconvenient.
1 voteThank you for your feedback and suggestion.
We are excited to share that the multi-select page operation feature is live!
As of now, you can use the feature to rotate or trash multiple pages, and we are also working on adding support for reorder, copy & paste, and export.

Double tap to undo/redo
You should be able to undo and redo through double tap or triple tap. I know this is a feature on Apple, but it should be available on other versions. There should also be a way to do this with a stylus pen.
34 votesThanks for your feedback!
We’re happy to share that quick gestures for undo and redo are available on Android and Windows devices:
— Undo: Double-tap with 2 fingers
— Redo: Double-tap with 3 fingers
You can find more details here: Quick gestures for Undo and Redo.
Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version.

Make it like ios
Its a Web App, could you make it like the ios ? All the functions iOS has eeds to be at android too.
370 votesThank you so much for sharing your feedback. We understand that this topic is very important to you. In the meantime, Goodnotes on Android, Windows, and Web supports most of the major features you enjoy on Apple, though we’re still working on creating a more consistent experience across all platforms.
Since this thread has become quite long and covers multiple ideas, it’s difficult to address each one specifically or evaluate which topics are most urgent. For now, we’ll close this thread to help keep things organized in the forum.
If you have multiple ideas and want them to be actionable, we recommend sharing them in separate threads: 1 feature request = 1 thread. This makes it easier for others to vote, check if an idea has already been submitted, and helps us identify which ideas are most important to you.
Once a feature goes live, we’ll update the thread…

Reorder, copy, or duplicate a page
when I import documents, for example, a planner, I am unable to copy pages to paste in different areas of the notebook. it is frustrating that there is no way to reorder pages as well, as even if I duplicate a page, I cannot move it to where I want it to go. Please make this possible, like in the ios version.

Sharing documents
We can easly share our „iOS documents” to Windows, but how about opposite way?
I truly believe its not only me who has the same problem.
It would be useful if my Windows friend could share her documents with me.15 votesHello, thanks for raising this feature!
Sharing documents is already live on Android, Windows and Web, and you can do it in two ways:
1. Share via link
Enable a shareable link, and users can join and edit the document.
2. Invite collaborators by email
Enter their email, and they can collaborate with you on the same document.
If you’re on a Pro plan, you can see their changes and cursors in real time — perfect for meetings and brainstorms.

When inserting a new page and rotating it, if you write something and you wish to move it, the lasso does select the text but when trying to move it, it moves it in the opposite diagonal direction. And when you want to rescale the text, you just can't the anchor cannot be grabbed.

Go to page/Bookmarks
When using GoodNotes for a planner function, a feature allowing us to jump from one page to another without having to scroll through every page would be ideal. Also along the same lines, the ability to set bookmarks on documents so we can easily jump to those pages.

Color pipette
A color pipette for quick access of colors you recently used, so you don't need to "create" the color again. Simply tap on a color you used for example in a drawing and the color is automatically selected with you pen.

Ability to change colors for handwritten texts or pen patterns
when selected with lasso tool, we should also be able to edit the draw color along with just cut , copy, paste and resize.
Please add this feature. That would put good notes in one of the top apps for note taking.
