Try LectureNotes on Android, it's very close in functionality to GoodNotes and it has a audio recording plugin as well.

Dears, yes I must agree with all happy users of GoodNotes and please you to develop a release of GoodNotes for Android. In our worldwide company we started to BOYD project and I must say its your business shame to loose this market. Thanks for revise.

Fundraising for the android version

I'm thinking about donating my own money to help develop the android version, like $20, I know it's not much, but I guess if every android device user is willing to donate $20, the developers might be motivated to kick-start this project.

What do u guys think?

Personally I purchased a 12 inch Galaxy Note Pro, but I find myself more productive with Goodnotes on my iPad mini. I mean I enjoy the anti-palm feature of the S Note using the S Pen, but as a whole, most features of S Note disappointed me. I wish I could have Goodnotes on this device. And $20 isn't too much to have that wish granted.

Its a poor business move to only have an apple version and no android version. I understand it probably won't be as nice, do your best. We use this at work on ipads but would be great to have more people included when writing up floor plans/directions/maps/details etc. You need to make it so that we can share notes between apple and android devices as well as in pdf formats

I need to underline and annotate pdf files and cannot find anything even remotely similar for android that is easy to use!!!

Trying to get away from iPad with an xperia z but unable to do so with the crap note taking apps on Android. If Goodnotes was available on android I would buy it immediately

Windows touch screen tablet devices are growing rapidly, support for Windows would be great as even Microsoft's OneNote does not work as well with palm resting on all devices.

Now I'm using the Galaxy Note3... with Note Anytime... this apps even not exactly the same.. but cover most of my need GoodNotes...
But it has multiplatform sync capability...So I can work with my iPad or GalaxyNote3...

there are going to be more android tablets than iPads in the next year or two.
Fortunately, Unfortunately... inevitable.
I did not think last year that my phone would be an Android and yet here it is.
I think an iPad is an awesome tablet but still use one every day... but there is a shift and with $150 dollar tablets on the market it is now just a matter of time.
Why not do it earlier and beat them to the punch?
