Give the option to adjust the export settings, export single pages or a custom range to pdf, choose the name, choose the PDF quality and format.
[Full PDF export controls are in progress 🚧]
Hello,
Thank you so much for sharing your suggestions! Great news! Full PDF export controls are currently in progress and will go live soon.
Coming soon to Android, Windows, and Web: when you export a PDF, you'll be able to rename the file, choose exactly which pages or page range to include, pick a file quality, and choose a PDF format, editable or flattened. That means a file sized right for sharing, with only the pages that matter, straight from the export flow.
We'll keep you updated as things move forward, and we'd love to hear your thoughts or any additional feedback you'd like to share in the meantime.

Whenever you download a document as a PDF, the PDF doesn't have the same name as the document. If I want to download an entire folder of notes, I have to individually download each document and change the name of the PDF to match the name of the document that was downloaded. If I download a page called "Chapter 3" in Goodnotes, the exported name of the document is "Nf7a8WEvVZzuMMzFGF8B6U.pdf" which is very frustrating and time-consuming.

I too would like the ability to export specific pages within the note as a pdf. That way I can personally be as happy with it as I am with the iOS one.

Would be nice to have an option to export a complete folder with every notebook inside. And that the name given to the notebook is the same as the pdf file which gets stored in the windows explorer. It's very timeconsuming to export every singel file and rename it in the explorer.

I would appreciate this feature. It should also be possible to choose between vector or image within PDF.

Please add this. The PC version is very slow during exportation, and are so many the times I need to export just few pages (for example a single exercise to the professor to have it checked), so export it all to cut it later is a really pain. Thank you.

I would like to suggest a feature, where exported PDF document of a Goodnotes worksheet have the same name as the note in the app. E.g. my chemistry class notes should not be called "l19o7YJ2VOaFv02bIyjPW2.pdf" but rather "Chemistry class notes" as I specified it in the worksheet. That would make organising PDF Documents way easier.

When exporting a PDF to email (which does not yet work) it would also be great to not have a random DDq2bOztanlsdohdksfj etc. file name but the name of the PDF with an option to edit/change it.

I really need this feature and I think many other too. I don't want to always export the whole book only to split it online to the range I need.

It's a known issue that hyperlinks do not (yet) work in Goodnotes for Windows. However, when editing a document with hyperlinks and then exporting it, the export does not contain any hyperlinks at all: It _removed_ the hyperlinks.
This sounds like a bug: Goodnotes should not do destructive exports. Even if itself doesn't support hyperlinks, it should respect the existing hyperlinks in the document. -

Please provide option to export one page from a notebook. Even in the new version, this feature is not available

When I have to send a friend just a part of the documantation then this would be very helpful. Like the titel says it would be cool if you can export single pdf or parts from the documantation.

I don't even know how you did this. I could not find anywhere to be able to export.
