  2. so they don't move around or get tapped accidentally... i love adding a lot of images to my notes via the image adder but then they don't stay in place or i accidentally move them by tapping them... i know i can turn off the 'writing' mode and use read-only but it happens while i write notes and my wrist/palm touches the image.

  3. It would be very helpful, if we could select individual pages from a document, and then download them, rather then downloading the whole document. Because if the document is to large, my Goodnotes just won't export it anymore. If it would be possible to split the document into smaller pieces, then this problem would maybe go away.

  4. I am not sure if this is doable currently but basically, I want to be able to select the texts on the pdf and perform some functions on this text. If you open a pdf using Adobe Acrobat and say you want to copy some texts on the slide. You could use the selection tool to do exactly that. Check the images attached to understand better what I am saying.

  6. If I am going to be able to use this daily, like I want to, I'll need two things: 1) Hyperlinks. 2) Ability to type text. Please, I'd love to actually make this useful, but the way it is right now is just... almost glorified paint, to be honest.

  7. I love the idea of having GoodNotes for PC/Windows Users. The Beta version is very limited and at the moment, I have very little use for it. Here are some improvements that I would like to see:

    • There is this zoom feature at the bottom that I cannot turn off and I don't like it.
    • Ability to use the text tool and all text tool editing features like bold, italic, underline, text alignment and text spacing between rows, custom fonts, different size fonts, change font colors.
    • Eraser tool - more user friendly if we can adjust it to our own…

  8. When using a large PDF, I have to find my current page again. Is there a way to make a page marker so that you can pick up where you left off?

  9. Palm rejection works well for making unwanted marks, but Palm movements that move the entire writing page are annoying. Thanks for seeking improvements on making an awesome app.

  10. Having the window that you can write big in but it shows up normal size on the page similar to the IOS version would be incredible as sometimes having to zoom in and out can become less efficient

  11. Pelease release the android version as a native App and Focus on it rather than the pwa. It will be much easier to use and give feedback given that no constant internet connection would be requiered

  12. The handwriting work well btw, but the very interesting part - for a student as I am - would be the possibility to insert text sections (with different fonts would be amazing!).

Basically it would be nice, probably the best note taking app for student, if you could make it look exactly like the iOS version of Good Notes.

  13. Print function for the browser version (Chrome, Edge etc.)

A friend shared their GoodNotes document with me and I opened up the link in my browser. But there is no function to print the document in the browser. I download the app on my Windows PC and there is no function in there either to print the document.

  14. To completely replace notability and draw me back to my Android tablet with Goodnotes forever, Goodnotes for Android would include:
    1) A ruler, rotatable with degree settings
    2) Auto arrows
    3) Dashed and dotted lines
    4) more eraser sizes than just the 3 given
    5) Syncing to all my tablets (ipad too) with Googledrive
    6) A choice between a rectangular selection tool and free-form selection tool

  16. While working with a pdf with a lot of pages, its uncomfortable to look for the last page i was working on. It would be great if a notebook opens up on the last edited page.

  17. There needs to be a lot of slow and steady improvements before we can arrive at full feature parity with the IOS version. But we first need a proper android version and not a half baked web app for the foundation.

Hats off to the developers for the hard work. Hopefully we can have a full fledged android and windows application with syncing capabilities by fall, just in time for the next school year.

PS : there is an application on the play store which is already very close to the IOS version of Goodnotes called Jnotes.

  18. Hello I think the toolbar where you can select pen colors and other things would benefit from being able to adjust the toolbar with a right-cick option to allow people to add more colors or more tools into that toolbar.

  19. In a document, when it’s a PDF with two columns, sometimes I need to take notes for each paragraph, so if I use a sticky note to summarise one paragraph, it takes up space over the next paragraph. If we had sticky notes which could be seen as symbols/ icons when not needed, and extended when clicked, it could save a ton of space while allowing us to take notes for each section.

  20. The Z Fold inner screen is nearly 8 inches and also it supports the S Pen which is a useful feature for Goodnotes.

P.S. also, support for Galaxy S lineup? The Ultra also supports the S Pen, and iPhones support Goodnotes, so what's stopping it from being compatible with the Galaxy S lineup which has larger screens than most iPhones.

P.P.S. Samsung phones (S and Z Fold/Flip) probably have a lot of users than the S Tab, so expanding Goodnotes compatibility to Samsung phones would potentially increase beta users.
