We’re thrilled to say that we hear you—one of our most-requested features, Layers, is on its way!
Layers is gradually rolling out to Goodnotes Pro users on iPad and Mac. This early version supports up to 5 layers in notebooks. Please note that it isn’t available during a Pro trial.
Layers is currently experimental, so your feedback is especially important. Please share your experience to help us understand how—and whether—we should develop the feature further.

Continuous scrolling is possible with vertical page ordering. However, I would also like to have an option where Goodnotes always adds an empty page at the end automatically, similar to how Notability does it. This would improve the ease of use by a lot, since I can simply scroll up a bit when I reach the lower edge of the screen, where handwringing becomes rather difficult.
