    This also is a problem for me. I just want to not select the image with tap so my palm doesn't accidently move the image.

    Never mind, I searched a bit more and the recent update around 4/17/2025 multi-select option for pages resolves this problem. Thanks!

    Hello! Thanks for raising this feature request.

    We're happy to share that we’re planning to introduce the ability to open documents in multiple tabs by the end of 2025. Stay tuned!
