Add different pen to the toolbar section
During note-taking, I often find it necessary to switch between different pen colors and thicknesses to enhance the clarity and organization of my notes. This helps me visually differentiate between various topics or ideas. Is there any way I can add different pens to the toolbar section so that I can easily customize my writing tools? It would be incredibly helpful to have quick access to a variety of pen options, allowing me to streamline the note-taking process and make my notes more visually appealing and effective. Any guidance on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated!

Bad lag
There is a very bad lag on good notes. I copy and pasted text and when I clicked on it, the text disappeared. Also, I don’t like that it fills in words for me because I’m typing the word and then it looks like this- Virusirus. It’s very frustrating.

For built in comments could you make a section where you could look at all the comments you made throughout the notes and when you click on the comment in the section, it takes you to that comment wherever it is located

[New languages] Basque
Please add Basque language for handwriting recognition and spellcheck. It’s an official EU language and many of us use GoodNotes daily, but without Basque support words keep being auto-corrected to Spanish. Adding Basque would greatly improve accessibility for Basque speakers.

Adding pictures and text parallel in learning cards
In the moment you can enter a text or a picture in the answer. Would be great to enter text and pictures/photos in parallel. Same as in "study smarter".

언제부터인가 텍스트가 제대로 작성되지 않고 작성시에 블러처리된듯이 보입니다. 텍스트 주변 여백부도 너무 커졌어요. 작성완료후에 글은 잘 보이지만 작성시에는 글씨가 잘 보이지않습니다. 갑작스런 변화로 어딘가 에러가 나거나 했을것같은데 수정요청드립니다. 잘사용하던중에 갑작스런 상황에 어플삭제 후 재설치도 해보고 해볼만한건 다 해봤는데도 그대로입니다.

squeeze to show color palette does not work in Goodnotes, but works in the stock Notes app
When you toggle the squeeze to show color palette instead of tool palette in the stock setting app, squeezing doesnt do anything in goodnotes, but it does in the stock notes app,
I'm not changing between tools opften, but i am changing colors often on the tool bar,1 vote -

be able to fill a highlighter shape, but not have to have the pen there and be just as pigmented as the normal highlighter

Sound feedback for in-App timer
I would appreciate if I could use the built-in timer without having it taking space of my paper. But if I do so, I don't get reminded when the timer stops... So please add a setting, where I can turn on a alert sound. Keep up the good work!

GoodNotes 6 Performance Issues and Bugs
I installed GoodNotes a year ago and paid for the lifetime version because it worked great. But in the past few months, the app has been having issues: when inserting images and writing, the strokes disappear; when switching between apps, the screen freezes; the Lasso tool doesn’t work properly; when using a linked PDF, it randomly jumps to the first or last page. I upgraded from a 10th-generation iPad to a 13-inch iPad Air M3, but the issues persist. This is seriously affecting my productivity.

Allow manual syncing to Google drive
With "Auto backup", it is possible to sync my documents as pdfs to my Google drive, which is really useful.
But this also drains battery.
I would like an option so that I can decide when to push my documents to Google Drive, instead of app doing it whenever it wants while I'm using it.Currently, I just disable auto backup and turn it back on every week, but this means it re-uploaded my entire library, which can take upwards of 40 minutes.

Let me open two notes if I split the screen into two
I would like to write two notes at the same time. I will split the screen so that I can look at the notes and write another note.For example, I want to look at one notepad and start writing other notes in another notebook, but without splitting the screen it’s very difficult.

Enlargement and reduction In document
I am currently using the GoodNotes 7 beta version, and I noticed that when working on text documents, there is no option to zoom in or out of the page. This makes it inconvenient to adjust the view depending on the amount of content or personal preference. It would be very helpful if a zoom in/out feature could be added for text documents.

Resize image from corner or one side only
When resizing images in GoodNotes, the image always scales from the center. This makes it very difficult to align multiple imported images like sheet music pages. Please allow resizing from just one side or corner (e.g., like in Keynote or Pages).
This would make GoodNotes much more usable for music editors, designers, and people who work with imported documents. Thank you!

Support boox e-ink devices. They're android.. but when i try to run goodnotes on my air 4c it says browser not supported.. i installed chrome and tried to get it to run that way and it will on occasion but big lag. I purchased a subscription hoping to run this.

folder and study set colours
when you create a folder or study set you can only choose for a few ugly colours, introduce a colour wheel or some sort so we can make our folders any colour so they look aesthetically pleasing and match the vibe of my ipad please and thank you

Also, wenn man so ne neue Seite hinzufügen will, muss man immer das Format einstellen, das man haben will, wenn die Seite vorher nen anderes Format hatte. Also die Idee ist dann, dass man sich nen Format oder mehrere abspeichern kann und die dann auswählen kann, wenn man ne neue Seite hinzufügt. Liebe Grüße 😘
