Text selection by Apple Pencil
Just dragging the pencil over the txt should select and allow drag and drop
Copy , cut and paste - the Text must be from the PDF and not what’s added by goodnotes.

Sketchnoting academy
Hi Guys,
Firstsly i absolutny love Your app. There is so much that it can be used for or more.
But having to work in remotely so much now ones does realise that graphic representation of a meeting or an idea, design or a product is the best notes ever.

In Quick notes, always start with pen
As someone that's desperate to start jotting notes, I want to start writing asap. Currently, the quick note starts with the last tool you used. So if it's eraser it's quite annoying.

More Wide Ruled Templates
Add wide ruled options for the multi column templates. I love using the multicolumn templates when I'm taking notes but find the line spacing to be to narrow to be practical. I know I can zoom in but this takes away from me seeing the "big picture" (i.e., the other notes on the document) without constantly having to zoom in and out. It should be a relatively simple update, please make this happen!

Insert short movie
If It isn’t only picture also some movie can insert books ,that’s wonderful!It will be compressed size and adjusted duration while insert function by edit view. Movie size should be compressed to prevent it become big file size. This is great helping to business use. We can make more visible and easy understanding report to all. Movie duration is enough only 5sec.duration / pc.

Customize (toggle different) views of Thumbnails (3x3, or 6x6, etc.)
I'm a teacher and I use Goodnotes for marking many assessments seeing as we are largely remote nowadays, it would be nice to change the number of pages we see in each row (even if that means making the icons smaller). For example, in a test that was four pages long, I can bookmark the start of each new student's test and it lines up nicely, but if I am marking anything other than a four page test, it doesn't - if possible, it would be great to pick and choose how many pages are seen per row (like a…

Couldn't get an authentication token.
The thing is that we get this message in all our school's iPads:
"Couldn't get an authentication token."
And I've not found an easy way to contact the support.

Confirm deletion of converted handwriting text
I have lost several text conversions, simply by an errant touch of the stylus outside the selection boundary. It would be very beneficial to have to confirm such deletion. Not to mention abating the urge to chunk GoodNotes over the side. Thank you for considering it.

Change pencil thickness to the size you want
It would be nice to be able to change the thickness of the pencils, especially the highlighter to the size that you want and that is not limited.

duplicating pages does not work anymore
In the miniatur view of the pages it is not possible to duplicate pages anymore.

Disable images completely while writing for teaching
If I’m teaching, I don’t want my photo library to be displayed on the zoom lecture while I’m giving a lecture if I accidentally touch the photos icon. There needs to be an option to deny GoodNotes completely to my photos library. Currently the photos tool will insert an image from your library if you touch the document while it’s selected, which displays your photos for EVERYONE TO SEE!!!!!!!

ICloud downloads
I would appreciate it if it was possible to not download all documents on every device but rather save them in the cloud and download them when needed. Looking at how it is right now GoodNotes takes up way too much space on my devices and i would like for that to change.
