please can you consider adding this. It is very important especially in writing math notes

another major update and this still isn't a feature..... ;-; it's so important to be able to resize notes if you realize your writing looks too crowded in some area or if you wrote smaller and the thickness of the pen size looks awkward in the context of the rest of the page or if you realize you prefer a different pen size when reading over notes. we need to be able to edit the pen size of already written notes!

Added to this - I often want to insert arrows and want them in the same COLOUR as my text, but like with stroke width, I have to select it. So it's quicker to just draw a less precise arrow. It's a shame because I totally would use the shape / arrow tool much more if the colour remained the same as the pen colour.

As a notetaker and artist, this is an essential feature to be able to scale handwriting and sketches and make them fit to other notes.

I was really disappointed when I made the switch from Noteful to Goodnotes6 and found out there wasn't an option to adjust the thickness of written notes. It was one of my favorite features on Noteful and I was genuinely surprised it isn't an option on Goodnotes.

This seems like something we shouldnt be asking for. It is an intuitive feature that should be present as an essential tool. I am making a map for my ecology lab, and i realized after drawing multiple lines that they are too thick and look crowded. I should be able to select them and change their stroke size and shape (ie dotted or dashed)

I can't believe how many features notability has that goodnotes doesn't. This and having guides to align elements are the most frustrating ones. If it wasn't for goodnotes organization I definitely would've switched by now

This is such an critical necessity!
There is like no good reason, why such a tool does not exist. All strokes should be editable in all there style attributes.

The Goodnotes Interface can learn something from notability in this regard, subsettings for Tools should popup below, always only a single click a way… and changing strokes afterwards is really easy too.

It is the same for me, depending on the zoom level I often need to resize the stroke thickness to make the text more readable.

I want this too! Sometimes I have to scale up or scale down my writing and when I do this, the line widths get altered. After scaling, I'd like to make the line widths the same so it looks the same as everything else.

Use the lasso to change the stroke width as well as the colour

+1 Notability has this functionality.

Offer more flexibility to change what you've written afterwards. For example the stroke width should be adjustable after writing and you should be able to pick from your favourite colors instead of only having the option to choose from the whole matrix.
