Password protect
It would be great if you had an option to password protect a selected notebook in case you have to create one that would contain sensitive information.

Introducing Password Protection for your documents
To lock a document, tap on the context menu for the document in the library view and set a password. Anytime you try to open, export, duplicate, or delete the document, Goodnotes will ask you for the set password. If you’re using a device that supports FaceID or TouchID, you can use these instead of your password to unlock a document. Please note that you can have only one password that will apply to all locked notebooks and that Password Protection is only available in Goodnotes 6. Learn more
Update to version 6.4.2 in App Store to use Password Protection.

This isn't a fancy "feature". It's mandatory! Please have a look a GoodReader and how they realised it.

Some work stuff. Some personal stuff.
This is the BEST note taking app and I use it every day. I even paid TWICE for it HOWEVER I need to keep some stuff private.

I'm a teacher and I would love to use this in my classroom, but I cannot give students access to this app because there is no way to keep them out of my notebooks.

I am currently researching handwriting applications in order for my company to go paperless. We deal exclusively with confidential client information and if this feature is not implemented then we will have to use a different, and thus lower quality, product. Goodnotes is my favorite personal application for handwriting notes and annotating documents and I believe more companies, including mine, would invest in this amazing product if this feature were added.

How has this not been addressed yet?! I love this app but don't use it exclusively because of the lack of locking some files!!
