With the number of people requesting this, including myself, the developers should make this a priority. Your competition already has this feature and the send back and bring forward features. These are extremely useful features to have.

This is SUPER frustrating to NOT beable to lock an object. . . PLEASE add the ASAP!

I came here specifically to suggest this feature. I digital journal and I think it’s important that when I’m trying to add a template to a page that I can lock it into the background because I hate it when I have to move a few images and it pulls my imported template with it.

Please add layers with opacity!

Please make this a top priority in Good Notes. The ability to lock an item for those who journal would be incredibly helpful. We use imported templates that are images. If we can lock this particular image we can lasso other images without selecting all images. Please, please, please add this to your next update :)

To be able to draw in different layers and to be able to see a transparent version of the thing on the layer behind the one you are on

This would be an amazing feature. I teach piano and have to use the same pdf with different students. Layering would be amazing. In the meantime I will look at zoom notes since someone mentioned it had that option.

Yes, please! I like to write within shades boxes, and if I need to erase my pen it erases the fill too! So frustrating! I would love to be able to lock the shapes.

With the new sticky notes, this is practically essential now!

Please. This is the simplest feature that can probably be implemented over the air. Please give me the option to disable highlighter layering. This is very annoying when doing diagrams but instead y’all add “elements” when we can already import pictures :( Please add this soon or I might have to find another app to do diagrams (like Procreate) and transfer over, which is very inconvenient in lecture.
