Hello, as a intensive working student who likes being crafty and super organized, I came across some things I would love to have on GoodNotes:
1) Coloring bookmarks
2) Having sub-bookmarks
3) Being able to color a whole page
4) Having more variety of covers (like solid colors) or maybe design a cover on your own
5) Rotating the page
6) Cropping the page
7) Having an automatic table builder instead of drawing it
The app is amazing, it helps me be more focused during class since I don't have to worry about ow i write, in what color, etc so i won't have to rewrite it later.

Yes, and please make it a non-uniform resize. This way one square is enough for all rectangle forms. Same for circle and ellipse. I never get them right with shape recognition.
Tab and hold on the shape recognition button could open a drop down menu for the spapes, so it won't clutter the ui & doesn't eat up menu space.
Also, please let us have the same border-width, border-colour and fill-colour options for shapes, that we already have for text boxes.

Thank you for such an amazing app. I used the app for my whole engineering degree. Two tools I really want you to include are: 1. DASHED OR DOTTED LINE 2. ABLE TO ROTATE HAND DRAWN DIAGRAM.

It would be great to have an ability to rotate paper in portrait mode while in split mode. So you can read or watch source on the left part of the screen (safari, book, document etc...) and comfortably take notes on the right

Yep. Rotating selection is tops on my list. As for resizing, I think that already possible, although if I had a wish on this, it would be to be able to preserve line width when resizing.

this would also help me with various block diagrams where a lasso-copy-paste-rotate-move to position is quicker and more crisp than redrawing in the new rotation. Most commonly I would use 90, 180, 270, 360, and mirrors

This is one of the best features in Notability. Please add it to Good Notes! Good Notes is great, by the way.

Please expand the functionality of the lasso tool to allow cut/copy/paste, resizing, color change, rotation, writing's thickness, etc. It is the only thing I miss about Notability. Thanks very much and adding functionality to the Lasso Tool is the only thing keeping Goodnotes from being the perfect note-taking app :)

As many users have already written it can be difficult to get the shapes exact enough for the recognition to work. It would be nice if a "tab and hold" on the the shape recognition button would open a drop down menu to select shapes to be inserted. With the possibility to rotate and nonuniformly scale shapes this could produce more acurate shapes without having to draw them again and again :)
Please also add border and fill styles for shapes, like you already have for text boxes.

Being able to rotate images without being able to rotate text is ridiculous and useless.

Text boxes must be able to be rotated like images.

Rotating images and hand writing would be great!

SEARCH ROTATED HANDWRITING
I often take handwritten notes on an angle when marking up a PDF. I've noticed that these handwritten notes that I have written on an angle, do not register with the handwriting recognition when I do a search, even when they are far more legibly written than hand written notes that are parallel to the bottom of the page.

I agree, I'd really like to ROTATE EVERYTHING (not only imported images)
(however, not only do I really want to be able to adjust the angle and rotation of everything whether handwritten a circle or a rectangle line or typed text box, I also want to be able to search even items that are not written parallel to the bottom of the page.)

I totally agree!! I have been waiting for this. Is there a way to rotate it that you know of? Mirroring an object would also make this a must have app. My final request is also being able to change line thickness.

Please, Please incorporate these into Goodnotes.
