I am a prof at the university I use Goodnotes on Samsang for my lectures. This display would be similar to the way it is done in WORD or Acrobat. This could be very good, please... Sometime we do not wat to show pages one by one. We may switch to 2 pages per screen.

Currently it is only possible to mirror two GoodNotes files in "Mirror entire screen". It is currently not possible to display a "Mirror page section". It looks much cleaner when presenting and gives the possibility to display pages larger in portrait format.

I was looking for this too. I can not believe it is not already implemented. I upgraded to Goodnotes 6 and this lack of basic function is starting to make me regret my decision. Get on it already

It would be nice being able to see more than one page at the same time. I love the overview that you get in the thumbnail feature but it would be awesome if you could edit the pages while comparing them. (like the feature Microsoft Word has where you can see two pages side by side)

Echoing the sentiment and value of book view! I'm using the app with a digital Bible and being able to view an inserted note page alongside the scripture would be extremely beneficial.

How is it 14/10/23 and I still cannot have a multi-page document in two-page view? (book view)

Very basic feature that has been ignored for years!!

I would like to add to the chorus of comments requesting a double-page “book” view for reading one single document, a feature that almost every other competitor document editor seems to have, even basic free ones that come included with both Apple and Windows environments. This is a very important feature for efficient usability, and it is boggling that after ten years (OP 2013) that this issue has not been accurately addressed. The moderator’s response in 2019 is clearly not what the OP is requesting. Perhaps this whole thread has been deprioritized because of an honest mistake in interpretation of the requested feature. I can only hope that the GoodNotes team will diligently and promptly pick it back up again. Otherwise, I must consider switching to a different application that can support this most basic reader view.

It's been 10 years, and this idea still hasn't been implemented. Using multiple windows to view different pages simultaneously is NOT what we are asking for. A BOOK view is what people want. To be able to view the next page side by side like you would in a book, ex: pages 1 and 2 would be side by side, 3 and 4 side by side, and so on. I don't know about the people at Goodnotes but I never opened up two of the same books to view two pages at once when they are already bound right next to each other. A multi-window 'solution' is not only tedious, it runs the risk of slowing down older computers or draining batteries.

It’s mostly relevant when reading a PDF textbook which has information and diagrams connected on both pages.

It is super annoying if you want to annotate it and you have to switch between two windows of the same app just to do that.

I created this good notes account just for the purpose of 2 page viewing. we need to be able to have both open on screen at the same time. Aallow us to be in one window-> one pdf->able to have 2 pages (ex. page 3 and 4, then swipe right to left and we see pages 5 and 6...) showing, in landscape view, at the exact same time, same like reading a book. It is very critical feature. It is NOT same as split screen feature. Example is shown in the picture

This would be awesome for Windows. I just found out about the beta, downloaded it and after sharing a document from my ipad saw a LOT of empty space on my screen.
So I came straight here to find out if someone had already suggested it and there are a few of them all spread on different posts.

Option of BOOK READING. In it, the pages will be aligned as if they were in a original book,like 2 pages appear on screen simultaneously as if you are reading a book.

I wannna read two pages as spread. It's not about split view, some files are made as two pages spread and it is terrible to read such files in split view, scrolling both ends of iPad over and over again. So please consider this feature to be implemented.

Since on Mac version, the horizontal screen have a lot of blank when it display only one page. Please add a option to display double page on Mac Version.

Please make 2 page view available like foxit / adobe . This feature is simple but it's still lack in goodnotes. I love using Goodnotes

Come on GoodNotes! This is a pretty basic request and is critical for using GoodNotes like planner. Weekly planners are generally used with 2 pages open. See attached photo.
