have the perfect Adonit Jot touch palm rejection
When you use jot touch the palm rejection doesn't work correctly.
(try this: press the jot touch's tip while drawing by your finger on ipad.)
This app allows a finger to draw even jot touch palm rejection is enabled.
So I guess, you can reject all touch event (except header and UI area), and only allow the touch event if jot touch has pressure sensitivity from starting.
