Option to turn off auto-shaping
There should be an option to turn off the automatic generation of straight lines when holding at the end of a line. Sometimes I just hold the pen down when I'm thinking about what to write next, and it's annoying when my word turns into a Picasso.

“Draw and Hold” can be disabled in the pen tool options. Tap on the pen tool icon twice to access the pen tool options.
