Quicker Outline Creation
I love using the existing outline in PDFs, but it's tough work to create one if it isn't already implemented. A great feature would be the possiblity to choose the option "set as outline title" for marked text to quickly greate an outline for a document.

At the moment, we don’t have an option to add a specific part of the text to outlines, but this is available in the page settings.
For faster outline creation—especially when starting from scratch—the best option is to generate an outline using AI, which has also become available recently.

This is an excellent idea. Feeling disappointed to see these recommended years ago and that this has not been implemented yet.
It would also be helpful to be able to reorganize outlines by dragging the headings. In Thumbnails, it is possible to drag pages (thankfully), but in Outlines, it is not. Would be very helpful if we could easily reorder outline headings and even combine pages with the same outline heading.
I realize there are alternate ways to do this, but they are far more time consuming. This suggestion seems like it should be straightforward to implement with no downside.
