[Toolbar] Hide Toolbar / Reduce Toolbar Space
It would be a lot more useful to make more writing space and less distractions if the tab and document bar would be hidden while writing, I only need the tools bar, not the other bar, it only occupies useful space.

It would be great to have an option for a larger canvas. The current tab design is 3 levels. Especially with the new customisable toolbars, if you don’t use page tabs. Everything can fit in one bar, increasing canvas size.

Agree, not only that but with the rumors of an oled iPad coming i'm worried about the possibility of burn-in given the amount of time the full toolbar is displayed

Hi goodnotes 6 developers, please fix the issue of full screen and make toolbar & navigation bar disappear and that multi window thing even only I window is open, so that we get more space for our notes .Please do it as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to switch to some other application

Yes, Can you please make it so that the toolbar and the navigation bar can be minimize or folded so it takes up less space? This is the biggest issue with GoodNotes right now and a lot of users agree.

This is the reason I switched to Notability.
The problem becomes worse when using multiple windows. Goodnotes 6 made this even worse since the tabs bar remains visible even with just one open tab.
After trying Notability’s super minimal UI, I don’t think I’ll come back to Goodnotes anytime soon.

When we study, the article occupies too little of the whole screen, about 3/16 are occupied by the menu bar, which very much affects the attention of reading, and at the same time in the aesthetic design point of view is also lacking. Suggest to give a movable, automatically shrinking In the process of reading and learning to try not to notice the existence of the menu, for example, the menu will be designed as apple note can be minimised in the same way, but need to be commonly used functions will be displayed, such as eraser, pen, fast page flip, or give the user some customization, so that the user to decide what can be displayed in the menu when minimized. Below is the implementation of my idea.

When you are using, for example, a powerpoint in goodnotes, the 'page overview' covers part of it. It would also be lovely to be able to remove the task bar so you can use a full view when you are studying.

Dear the developers of Goodnotes 6,
Please make some option buttons to hide the toolbar, navigation and such in the top of the app. It's the main reason me sticking to the Goodnotes 5.

This is the main issue preventing me from purchasing Goodnotes and sticking to Apple Notes. The toolbar in Goodnotes is really distracting and intrusive. It annoys me to the point where I refuse to use Goodnotes. I would love to use Goodnotes because of the great features but this toolbar is a dealbreaker. I want to be able to hide it while writing so I see nothing but a full-screen page. Perhaps a little icon in the top corner to toggle the toolbar would be perfect, but leaving it visible all the time is extremely annoying and distracting. At the very least, please make it the same color as the page like in Apple Notes so it’s not such a distraction.

I think the current GN6 toolbar, status bar area takes up a bit too much space, especially in landscape mode. It almost feels like 1/5 of the screen is gone.
An alternative workaround in GN5 was not using tabs, this saved up a good chunk of space. I am unable to find such an option on GN6.
I say this in comparison to other competitor apps which have a much smaller toolbar area where the emphasis is on the paper/notebook itself, and not the app around it.
I think this option would really benefit a lot of people.

Please please please add this feature. I am shocked it does not exist. I need as much real estate as possible so I don't have to zoom in and out (which is a pain.)
Any idea when this will be available?

Yes agreed! In Goodnotes 6 it uses even more space.

Kindly have this feature to remove the navigation bar from the screen

In GoodNotes 6 the problem is even worse, as the tabs are always visible even if there is only one tab.

It would be nice if we can minimize the toolbar or even hide it. The current toolbar is taking too much space especially in landscape mode.

Hidden Toolbar is designed to enhance note-taking experiences by allowing users to hide the toolbar and maximize their writing space. This feature is particularly useful for users who want to focus on their note-taking without any distractions

The top bar (The one with the settings button, account button, zoom buttons, notebook name, etc) takes up an unnecessary amount of room and makes it feel a bit cramped on smaller screen sizes. (I'm on the tab s7).
A quick button to hide/unhide it on the toolbar or something would be nifty.

header size of the window is pretty thick and takes up decent amount of screen real estate.
