Lock Objects
Need to be able to lock individual items. In planners sometimes the layout itself is a sticker. Need to lock that so I can move the stickers above without the bottom one moving.

Please make this a priority feature! I take a lot of screen shots and send them to my ipad and work with them in goodnotes but when I write notes on my images then want to move the text around, i have no ability to do this without moving the entire screenshot too! So frustrating

What’s taking so long!!!!?? This suggestion has been submitted since 2018!!!!! Please do something about it already!! There’s no way we can work with images, it is a nightmare!

Quick duplicate: lasso/select object, tap, hold, drag, & release.
Options for selected objects/elements: add ability to lock object(s) (to prevent erasing or moving) or group multiple objects together. -

It would be great If we can lock our text box I used good note for a long time, but my text boxes are moving when I trying to scroll the screen.. so it makes me very uncomfortable
Plz make lock function for text box! -

Please make this a top priority in Good Notes. The ability to lock an item for those who journal would be incredibly helpful. We use imported templates that are images. If we can lock this particular image we can lasso other images without selecting all images. Please, please, please add this to your next update :)

Yes. Please do. I don't want to create a pdf that has to be imported with the background embedded. I'd really like to import an image and freeze it in place.

I love GoodNotes! Please add a lock image feature!! As a digital planner, this would be the most useful tool! Digital planning is gaining in popularity and I see people switching to Noteshelf because it offers this feature. I don’t want to switch, but it’s becoming very frustrating not having this feature.

It would be super nice if you could lock things into place, such as pictures or stickers, so they wouldnˋt move around when trying to move other things on theoage with the select tool! Would make digital planning even more fun and exciting!

I recently switched over to digital planning and the feature of locking would be helpful. A lot of my inserts and stickers are jpeg and png. When I want to layer it I end up selecting of it and messes up my original layout. I would LOVE this feature.

I prefer using GoodNotes but I'm switching to NoteShelf because of this feature. It's essential for bullet journaling.

The only thing goodnotes is lacking is the ability to lock images so you can not move it, say i have a background image, notes on top and another image on top of the notes i could not lock the background image and just move the top notes and image, it's so frustrating for journaling.
