Universal color pallets
Instead of having a separate color pallet for pens/ highlights/ text, have the option to use colors from one pallet on another tool. Ex: using pen color presets for text or highlighters. I often use the same color in different tools for my notes but in doing so I have to create the same color pallet for each tool.

Please consider adding the ability to create a single color preset palette that can be used & modified by all applicable tools (ie pen, highlighter, pencil, shape, and text). I have at least 50 different pen tool color presets that are not all presets for the highlighter, shape, and text tools, but are used regularly to color code notes. If I write something in one of those colors then need to draw/highlight/type something later in the same color but the preset is not saved in the respective tool, I either have to copy the color from the pen tool or go back to the original writing and use the paint dropper to color match it. Both of which are not convenient compared to immediately selecting the exact color preset right from the tool. Even more inconvenient is to add 50 colors plus every new color added after that to 4 different tools. New colors added to a single ubiquitous palette would be available as color presets to all tools at the same time. One option is to create a color palette feature where color presets are added and modified separately in a standalone tool but apply to which ever writing/typing tool is in use. Another option is the ability of other writing tools to use the pen tool's color presets by enabling this feature in the tool's settings.
