Have the option for the highlighter to have flat ends instead of round ends, or to adjust how rounded the ends of the highlighter are.

I would love this feature too! It feels like a true highlighter if the ends are straight rather than rounded. I love timeblocking with highlighter tool. But I find myself having to erase the round edges of the highlighter to achieve the straight edge effect.

literally begging goodnotes to add squared highlighters, the round ones can be so hard to work with and limiting!! also feels less serious-looking when annotating formal documents
