Fix shape editor. Return old UI!!
Put the old snare editor back. The new one is unintuitive and unhelpful. Instead of being able to edit a shape I get nonsensical points to move around.

I realize this is from a while ago, but I'm curious if anyone has discovered any tweaks or workarounds for the shape editor since then. Also, has there been any update or response from the Goodnotes team regarding bringing back the old UI? It’d be great to see what progress has been made and how others are dealing with this issue now!

I miss the old shape editor too, and the new one feels like juggling with mittens on. What helped me a bit was lowering the shape smoothing in settings and turning off snap to shape unless I really need it. It makes the whole thing less stiff and closer to how it used to feel. Still hoping they tweak the UI again so editing doesn't feel like solving a puzzle blindfolded.
