It would be great to pick which tools appear in the toolbar. Currently I have to go to photos to get to the camera, but would be fantastic to set which tools appear on the toolbar & remove tools I don’t use.

I really don’t like how long it takes to switch between tools. I am right handed (so stylus is in my left hand), if the toolbar was on the left hand side of the screen then I could use my left thumb at the side of the screen and could switch tools far faster without taking my pen away from the action.

Toolbar customization like we can but the toolbar at the left or right and be small like just a pen and Highlighter.
second, i want to choose a color for like 10 colors and i cant but it to gather like a easy way. wath the photo.

If the phone is in landscape mode, there will be more space on the left than I can't benefit from. A way must be put in place to make the pen and Highlighter out at the far left. wath the second photo.

Have more toolbar location options like left, right or floating and not just top and bottom

Glad to announce with the 6.3 update they added the ability to reorganize the toolbar, allowing to not only to hide unwanted icons but also it’s exact position on the line.

Notability now has this feature and it is great! Makes the app much more useful to each individual

You can choose to make the toolbar on the left or the right of the screen instead of solely at top or bottom. That way I can make the most out of screen real estate (especially when using my iPad on landscape mode) and let me hand use the entire top of the screen as well. As a right-handed person this would be useful as I don't need to use the left side of the screen as much

Could there be an option to customize the order of the buttons on the floating toolbar.

Can’t believe this option is not there yet. When I’m working in Goodnotes i always have to watch Al my pictures that are in the cloud. I don’t want that. I don’t want to constantly see the latest picture of the pimple in my face that I made yesterday.. (just to give an example) i hope that the option to adjust the toolbar will be there soon 🙏🏻 thank you Goodnotes!

Yes!!! Personally, I use the stickers a lot so being able to pin stickers to the top instead of needing to click on stickers every time would be great. Having already customized tools instead of needing to specify between functions would be a game changer

Good notes 6 suggestion - More customizable toolbar: Being able to rearrange the features..

for example, I would like to be able to move the zoom writing feature closer to the pen-eraser-highlight- then (ideally) zoom ; as I use these features the most and it would be easier to switch between them without having to switch all the time.

Also the pen feature stays put on the left side while you swipe through the other features, it’d be nice to have the option to add the eraser feature (or whatever other feature) in the standstill side with the pen feature to make switching tools smoother

I love the functionality of Drawboard tool. Add or remove any tool in any color and size.
If not, then a simpler addition would be moving color section below the tool section (create an additional bar - it shouldn't take much space) allowing for easy access to colors AND liberating the tool size subsection.
Sliding back and forth between sizes and colors is counterproductive.

Be able to customize tools

It should be possible to customize the individual tools like pen, back, forward, etc. like in Word, which means that you should place them differently within the toolbar.

For students this is very important.

For example, to be able to move items of the toolbar around or hide the one we are not using. In my case, because I’m right-handed, each time I reach to the undo button (which is on the top right since version 6), not only my arm hides the screen, but I also unwillingly touch other toolbar items, or worst, the arrow that leads me out of the document: pretty annoying.

ALSO: Please add the ability to toggle/hide the toolbar to allow full-screen writing without the distracting and intrusive toolbar.

I agree - I use an iPad Pro 11 and fin
d buttons I don't want (stickers and laser) mean I have to slide left and right. Also being left handed I'd like to rearrange these for left hander use - they favour right handers.
