bring back continuous text box and allowing use to set to specifc font color
New update removed ability to stay on typing function and will revert back to Lasso. This is so annoying. Also bring back allowing the user to choose their default font color. My school uses dark colored ppts and when typing the auto selected black font makes it impossible to keep up with note taking as i constantly must highlight the text and change it to white font.

I’ve been tripped up by that same text box change, and it really slows down longer notes. The split boxes feel like juggling loose papers, especially if I need to shift things around later. A single flowing box with proper wrap would make editing way smoother. I’d also love a quick toggle in the toolbar so we can pick the old behavior on the fly instead of digging through settings.

Please fix this! I was another similar suggestion that was closed saying that the Pin Text Tool was the solution when it is not. No matter what you do the text tool switches to lasso tool and to make another box you have to reclick text every single time. Makes good notes impossible to use for note taking.
