Counting stickers
It seems like we can create stickers and stickers are kinda like stamps. I am hoping to create stickers for various typical items/issues I find while on an inspection so that I can just place the sticker as the annotation for what I saw at that location.
What would be really awesome is if there could be a legend based on the stickers you choose and it would be really incredible if it would automatically count them.
For example, I’m inspecting a house and I have a sticker that is for water stains. I go around the house and place the water stains sticker at each spot on the floor plan. Then I could select an option to create a legend where it would show the sticker, show what it means, and tell me how many there are.

I really like this idea. For anyone carrying out property inspections, being able to place predefined stickers and have them automatically counted would make reporting much faster and more consistent. It would also reduce the chance of missing items when reviewing larger properties.
I think it would be even more useful if each sticker could include a severity level, photos, and optional notes. For example, a simple water stain could be marked for monitoring, while signs of persistent moisture could be flagged for a follow-up mold inspection. That would make it much easier to distinguish cosmetic issues from areas that may require further evaluation.
An automatic legend with totals at the end of the report would be a great addition, especially for inspectors who prepare reports for clients every day.
