Responding customer service tickets! I submitted a ticket days ago. App is almost unusable due to constant pop-ups to get me to switch to goodnotes sync, which I DO NOT WANT. Horrible experience and zero response from support. I even left a review on the App Store and you all responded telling me that I need to contact customer service. Horrible horrible experience.
