When export pdf files from goodnotes to the others and still keep the pdf outlines!! (It's always lost when sharing textbooks with my friend)

Outlines and hyperlinks will be preserved in exported PDF when the file format is set to “Editable” in the export options.

It’s important to keep all the outlines, hyperlinks, bookmarks, etc in a flattened pdf export, as they are essential for navigating around a large document. Please reopen this comment.

How do we select the option 'editable' when using auto backup to synchronize PDFs with online backup drives? The only option under auto back up is choosing the format, but with no additional options like 'editable'.
