Zoom window can be pinned
I believe implementing a feature where the zoom window can be pinned to a specific position would be a significant enhancement. This would serve as a game-changer, allowing users to lock the zoom window to specific questions or images they wish to work on. This feature could greatly enhance user experience, especially in scenarios where space is limited, enabling more flexibility in annotating and addressing specific elements within the document. I hope you consider this valuable suggestion for future updates.

Pen Gestures - Circle to Lasso
When you circle an object with the pen and hold on the circle, the circle turns into a selection. You can then move the object around. Once you are done moving the selection disappears and you can automatically keep writing with the pen.
I would prefer if the selection did not disappear after you are done moving the object. Because you often need to zoom out or in and let go of the selection in order to place it where you want to. Using the "Circle to Lasso" feature does not work well with that in mind. Thus it would…

Auto Backup: "Included Folders/File Names"
TLDR: I would like to have an"Included Folders/File Names" option so I can backup only a small selection of notes.
I use Auto Backup to access notes from my computer (running Linux). I usually only want to automatically backup some folders and notes so I can reference them, e.g. via Google Drive link, in other note-taking apps, in my case Joplin.
As of now, there is an Auto Backup option named "Excluded Folders/File Names". But using this is very tedious since I have add practically all my notes to the excluded list.
@devs please consider adding this feature.

Widget
We PLEASE need a Widget! I don’t know any other important app that hasn’t got a widget for iOS.
One where we can see our Books in a ‘library’, just one book at a time or a certain page of a book on our home screens. Please make this happen - it is really needed!!16 votes -
GeoPDF
We often use GoodNotes to add additional content to GeoPDFs (drawings). Unfortunately, when the PDFs are exported from GoodNotes, they lose the referencing. It would be a very useful feature if the already existing referencing in a GeoPDF would still be present after editing in GoodNotes and would remain in the file when exporting.

If you were to write in black, and change your mind. Instead of erasing and rewriting in a new color PLEASEE create a feature that can allow you to:

Add LaTeX or MathJax support in flashcard feature
To make the new flashcard feature even more useful, it would be great to be able to insert math equations using inline LaTeX/MathJax notation. (Similar to what’s possible with Anki).

Can you support Alibaba Cloud disk or Baidu web disk in China, the purpose is to automatically synchronize documents, and OneDrive or other web disks cannot be used in China

Quicker Shapes
A thing I'm missing is a faster way for shapes, like some other apps added a feature if you draw a (not so good) circle and you touch the screen with your non-writing hand while your Apple Pencil is not yet lifted, the software automatically detects a figure and makes the circle perfect. It's a faster way than the way it's now. (Like in Procreate)

Recognize more than one language handwriting
Allow to recognize all the languages added. I usually combine Spanish and English notes in the same page. I can configure only one language by page.

The option to have more than 1 default text setting for different things like titles and text. Different font, color etc.

Wishlist/Save and Search for Shop
I know it’s a new feature, but I’d love to see a wishlist or save option for the shop. Also maybe a shop on the website or off of the app also. Ultimately some way to see and be able to compare certain items before you buy them based on what you are looking for

Hand-written interactive comment annotations
The interactive comment annotation feature has recently been made available in GoodNotes. However, it is currently only possible to type comments with the keyboard. It would be nice to be given the possibility to add hand-written interactive comment annotations.

Color palette for typed texts
It would be awesome to have the possibility to save an individual color palette for typed texts just like it is for handwritten texts. At the moment there’s just the option to save one explicit favourite text style respectively text color.

Math graph input
What would be great would be a feature where you could insert a Cartesian plane and type 1 or more functions in a field for them to then be drawn on top. This would be harder than implementing parabola or trigonometry templates but the result would look far better then a hand drawn option and will be more accurate. Looking at some notes in the community section it's clear to see that a lot of people would benefit from such a feature.
