2. Storage Improvements

   It would be nice to be able to store files (notebooks yes, but also elements!) either in iCloud, some other cloud, or in a GoodNotes cloud system, and have them accessible and editable on device.

   I have very limited space on my iPad, but i have several notebooks, and I have TONS of stickers that I would love to add to my elements. The problem is that I do not have the space for it on my iPad at all... However I do have space in cloud storage. Now I have to use iCloud and add png files to Goodnotes everytime I want to use a sticker, but it would be much better if they were accessible directly through the app. If it were possible to store elements and notebooks and other things off the device that would be amazing! Maybe even letting me decide what would be stored on the device and what would be stored in cloud.

3. Adjustable spacing of lined/dotted/square paper

   I loved notability for this but I prefer Goodnotes for note taking, but we could adjust the spacing between the lines on lined paper. I find the spacing on Goodnotes narrow lined paper is too large for me and I’d love to be able to adjust it.

4. Android: Filename of download the same than notebook

   On Android and Web, currently the download filename differs from the name of the notebook. It would be good if both is the same.

6. Transparent Labels for Diagrams

   I use Goodnotes for all of my graduate studies. Part of this includes labeling anatomical structures, and I wish there were an easy way to white-out labels to study and practice. There is a feature on KiloNotes that allows this and would love for it to be featured here! I’m sure all my fellow healthcare students would agree. I would seriously consider switching from the sheer amount of time saved.

7. Goodnotes 6 Heats up my device A LOT

   Hi! I’ve been enjoying Goodnotes 6 a lot but I realised that it heats up a lot (Like A LOT) when using it and I use it on ipad. (Using it on ipad means I have to write and my hand gets uncomfortable and kinda red) I hope there could be a feature, like make it run smoother but emit less heat. Thanks!

9. Improve 'Typing mode'

   Dear Goodnotes,

   Allow the text to carry over to the next page continuously like in a word document. Where the number lists continue as well. Furthermore, if any new additions where made to a page, the parts that would have previously fit but don't fit anymore can be carried over to the next page automatically. Currently neither the numbers are able to continue, nor am I able to add to a previously page without have notes disappearing.

   I know that Goodnotes is designed for a page to be contained and formatted to a single document, but full page 'typing mode' is futile with the ability to communicate between pages as well.

10. AI plus integration within the app

    Don't want to be limited to the use of typing text with the keyboard. I want an Ai that I can use in my pdfs to understand or look for explanations or in-depth information on what is written

14. Resize the stickers and images from corner pivot point, not center.

    It is almost impossible to resize images to a desired shape when it just shrink from center point. please, if you don't want to change 1 button resize, at least make its pivot top left corner so we can adjust our images neatly.

    This thing makes me crazy, i have 10 screenshots on a page from iPhone which i must resize and every image is different in size.

    Before I could insert snippets from PDF documents without them being converted to a low resolution image format. Just rectangle selection in the Preview app, and paste in the GoodNotes, without the text being distorted and in Vector PDF format.

    Now, the snippets are being converted to low res images and all the text and quality is distorted.

    Please, change it back or add such an option.

    That was the best feature in GoodNotes for me.

17. Automatically adding pages while writing or pasting content

    I really like Goodnotes as a tool - it is visual supporting and not loaded with too many options. But, I barely use Good Notes. It is so inconvenient to write and organize a notebook, because the pages are not automatically included while writing or pasting a text. Instead, I have to add intentionally a new page - otherwise the text continues to be written on the same page … hidden. Organizing a note book with ideas and content becomes so inconvenient and annoying, that I often use to start with Goodnotes, but switch to another alternative when (again) encountering this issue. A way of continuously writing - automatically adding pages would be great. It makes no sense to me, that somebody would like to have everything on one page - being not able to see all of it. Additionally, when pasting a longer text - I have to take severeal steps to organize the text on several pages. Even more frustrating - when you want to continue to write within on page … the rest (again) is forced out of the sight - I have to add another page - where the lowest parts of the text occurs - with a lot of free space afterwards on this page. Please change this and I would be a happy, continuous Goodnotes user :)

20. Add import / paste support for BMP / WEBP / ... image format

    Currently, even though only PNG and JPEG seem to be officially supported, I can rename (not converting!) any BMP / WEBP image to ".png" and then I can paste the file into Goodnotes without any problems.

    If Goodnotes supported pasting these file formats without first renaming them to PNG, I would be a very happy person :)
