Improved Folder Management for Purchased Templates
Suggestion:
GoodNotes currently offers a library of pre-designed templates for various purposes, such as meeting notes, to-do lists, and calendars. However, these templates are currently stored in a separate "Library" section, making it difficult to organize and access them alongside other documents.
Proposed Solution:
Implement a feature that allows users to organize purchased templates within their existing folder structure. This would enable users to:
Create dedicated folders for specific template types: For example, a folder for "Meeting Notes Templates," another for "To-Do List Templates," etc.

Change Colors
I would like to be able to change the color of my marking after I have made the marking. For example, if I have highlighted a full paragraph in yellow, but I later decide I want to change it to red, I don't want to have to start over. I would really like to be able to select that marking and change it without having to rehighlight or rewrite something.

View Only Link Sharing, Cross-Platform
Please make sharing notes view only and better web browser support. This would make Goodnotes most likely the best educational tool on the market. I use Goodnotes to deliver lessons and have to export as pdf everyday which is annoying.

Making Hidden sticky notes more useful.
Let us expand the usefulness of the comment feature, I would like to write a mind map for each page and then hide it like the comments, the comment and sticky notes that you have provided for us could be more useful if we can write and draw on that using the Ipad pencil. Like making mind maps. The “linking page” feature is almost the same as what i need, but still a hidden mind map would be the most helpful.

Duplicate page should be more accessible
We should be able to duplicate the current page just like adding a page, in the same menu. Like in the image I am attaching, In the Add Page menu it should also include Duplicate page. Makes it easier, more accessible than going into the contents menu every time.

Shortcut
Since latest update to iOS (17.6.1) I’ve lost the ability to create a shortcut to open a specific notebook/document.

Customisable squares, dotts and lines
please let us customise the square size and the distance between lines when creating a notebook.

I want my highlight to be less transparent so it sticks off the page more. Could we please get a way to toggle how transparent a highlight is?

Include both an image and a text box on the front of a flashcard (e.g., an image with a related question) would greatly enhance flexibility!!

Automatic Electrical/Electronics Engineering Symbol Correction
I’ve been enjoying Goodnotes for most of my classes, however I find when it comes to taking notes for my electric circuit analysis classes, my drawing ability on a tablet starts to lack. So I suggest including symbols for general ECE components into the shapes library OR have an option to create custom shapes (more applicable than just ECE) that could be added to the shapes library. I enjoy the shape-snap function because it’s quick, and I need that for those fast paced lectures.

I'm using tape function as follows
If I click tape function, Then, the tape function of the item disappears and appears, so it's very convenient
But I think I'm going to disappear again at once again, so I think it's a little uncomfortable

Stabilize pen tool for the handwritten note-takers. It’s 2024…
It’s almost 2025 and GoodNotes has no feature to smooth and stabilize writing with the Apple Pencil. A lot of people prefer to hand write notes as using ‘scribble’ can be tedious at times, especially to those with poor handwriting which GoodNotes seems to ensure regardless of how well you write. I find it confusing that this wasn’t added a long time ago as it’s not a difficult feat compared to something like ‘word complete’ or other AI technology they have implemented is…

make custom color palettes and synchronize them for the normal pen and highlighter
It would be great to make your own custom color palettes to switch between different ones and being able to synchronize these with the color palette of for example the highlighter pen, so you can make nice notes within a color scheme

Smart Study Feature algorithm too repetitive
I think the smart study feature lets you repeat the cards way too often. This is really frustrating if you have a study set with a lot of cards (100+). I think it would be better if the intervals were longer.
