Provide settings to let users choose the sync frequency
I suggest to provide a setting where GoodNotes sync's only rarely.
So, for instance, when I go back to the overview of all the notes I have in GoodNotes on my iPad, or when there is a longer time of inactivity in GoodNotes, or when I switch to a different app, then GN could do a sync.Right now, it synchronizes every 10 seconds or so, which drains the battery a lot. Please allow us to move the page without it snapping back
Writing near the bottom edge of the page is very uncomfortable. Please allow us to move the page without it snapping back so we can keep the writing area on the most comfortable part of the screen.

Adding / inserting new page to current page
Please consider the ability to add a new page to the right and/or left (horizontally positioned) to my current page. It would allow for adding quick notes (or long notes) without having to add an unnecessary full (vertical) page which I don’t need, or reposition my current text and pages to make room for said notes. Otherwise, loving Goodnotes 5. Thank you for considering!

Koordinatensystem zeichnen bei Geometrie
Es wäre ganz hilfreich, wenn es bei den Geometrie-Objekte auch ein Objekt für fertige Koordinatensystem gäbe. Eventuell welche, die mit festen Abstand funktionieren oder sich an das karierte Batt anpassen.

Link between a book (PDF) and notebook
As example, we could have the option to open a pdf inside the notebook, making easier make slices from the book to notebook (no need to save in the gallery or copy the image, just select and slide). Thais way, when the image copied get clicked at the notebook, the book reopen in the same page (they keep linked). Just Like a referenced cell.

Can the knowledge management system provide other options besides folders?
Can you improve or allow us to edit the icon of the folder? It really looked monotonous and boring. Or can you build a knowledge note management system with tags and dividers as the framework?

Checking the storage of each file/folder
I have an iPad with large storage, and have only limited iCloud. I would love to clean my iCloud and move all all documents to my iPad storage. I am afraid to clear iCloud storage to loose any files as I’m not sure which ones are saved on iCloud and which ones are saved on iPad. I tried to find some help on blog but people are only asking about the other way around than I need, i.e. they are asking about uploading all the files to iCloud from iPad.

An option for remote deletion of documents
Please add an option to remotely delete documents when they have been compromised. As a medical student, I have my iPad often times stolen by classmates. It would be great to have some sort of a backup for such cases.

Bookmarks "previous" and "next" buttons
When i am annotating lecture PDF, I read through one chapter and then want to skip to to the start to make notes into my mac. Being able to skip forward and backward to the closest bookmark would mean a word to me.

Collect favorite slides or pages in one pdf file
- Choosing favourite pages from different files and putting them collectively in a single folder and when I enter to any page of them it sends me back to its original file. It will really help me in my studys. Please add this feature it help us to re read important slides before exam

Shorter and Seamless Swipe Movement in horizontal Layout
it would be great if the horizontal Page Swipe should be as smooth as the vertical.
If you swipe to next pages you must do a long way with your finger.Sometimes two or three times.

Movable Zoom Window
The zoom window is great but it would be better if it wasn't locked to the bottom of the screen.
If the zoom window could be moved to the upper or lower corners of the screen or relegated to a movable box. That way you could use the zoom window without moving the entire document all the time.

Request for spread display function
I am a user living in Japan.
There is a request. It is a function to display in a spread. This is not about spread views. I want to display two consecutive pages like a book in one app. It will be very convenient when reading one document on the horizontal screen of the iPad.
I am not good at explaining in English, so I attached an image file.Thank you for the great app. I will continue to use it.

Highlighter behind text on black paper
It would be great if highlighters worked on black paper just as on white. What I mean is: if I write with black pen on white, the highlighter goes behind the written text, but if I write on black paper with white tint, the highlighter goes over the text. I prefer using the dark theme.

Text Colour Improvements
Text needs the option to save custom colours. Changing text colours also seems inconsistent and often changes the entire block instead of only highlighted text.

Option to show flashcard "answer" first
I love the flash card tool. It would be very nice if there was an option to show the "answer"-side first in the learning mode. For example it would be very nice to learn words of a different language in both directions: French - English and English French.

rearrange page order in the thumbnails view
I hope that I can directly select multiple pages and rearrange their order in the thumbnails like what I can do in Notability.
I know that I can copy and paste page to rearrange the page order. But it's not convenient.
I'd appreciate it if you could add this feature.

Stop closing the flashcard tab when touching the grey area
Whenever I use the flashcards and I accidentally touch the grey area, the flashcard tab closes. It’s very unnecessary feature and frustrating.
