Don’t disable speech for selected text.
I have a cognitive deficit and having the iPad read a PDF to me is key to allowing me to highlight and annotate. I can write all day long but can’t read large blocks of text. Hearing the text read while following along works best for me.

Stability
The new update is SO UNSTABLE! It crashes constantly. Tried to open the older version but the iCloud sync hadn't worked. I've now lost a days work.

Favorites - without thumbnails
Currently, Goodnotes5's favorites are displayed using thumbnails. This makes it very difficult to find the page that I want to read - have to keep scrolling. Bookmarks/favorite has always function as an outline for me when I used Goodnotes 4.
I suggest to allow users to have the option of switching between 1. having thumbnails or 2. without thumbnails and only display the title of the bookmark/favorite (like goodnotes4)

Get rid of the continuous undo
On goodnotes 5 I’d you keep hitting undo it undoes work you’ve completed on previous pages. Without noticing I’ve lost some of my notes and I wish that it was back to how it was in version 4

Allow 16:9 for projection
Hi,
It'd be great if, when you hook your iPad up to a projector via, e.g., HDMI, it could switch to a 16:9 format or use it as a mirrored screen at 16:9. Powerpoint, Keynote, etc allow you to this, but it'd be great if I could project what I'm writing to my class in a format that fills the screen.

Text Enhanced
Change the text setting to make it more flexible for typing such as the app OneNote
A few things for text I would like to see:
- be able to change only part of a text to bold etc.
- be able to edit text boxes
- bullet points
- be able to type straight onto ruled paper

I admit the Goodnotes is a astonishing application for jot down and i do want it to be available for andriod too with samsung note it gonna be a powerful combination.

If we could Change color of “already written text”by tapping stroke with a tip of Apple Pencil while choosing colours with left fingers It could save more time than erase the written text , go to choose color and writing

Messy handwriting on version 5
I have recently upgraded to Goodnotes 5 and loving it... however I've noticed that it's a lot harder to write neatly in the new version (i.e. my notes seem a lot messier). I'm using an Ipad pro with apple pencil (1) and the ball point pen selected. Is there any reason for this / a way to fix?

Fix copy and paste
Could you fix the copy and paste issue?
When I use the rubber band tool
to convert handwriting into text and
try to copy to another app there
are un-wanted line breaks. It's impossible
to get rid of them too.
I would love to be able to
copy right into my other word editor that
my employer requires I send the final draft

Drawing perfect bows with a separate object-function!
It would be nice if I could not only draw perfect circles and other shapes but also draw perfect semicircles and quadrants. That would make a lot of things sooo much easier!

Location stamp notes.
Can we give GoodNotes access to our location so we can have our notes location stamped in the Document Info section? That way we can also search for our notes based on location. Notes at home vs at the library.

Selection Tool Animation
The Selection Tool in GoodNotes 5 isnt that good like in the older Version,... dont know wether it is my fault or what happened.

Change stroke width after writing
Offer more flexibility to change what you've written afterwards. For example the stroke width should be adjustable after writing and you should be able to pick from your favourite colors instead of only having the option to choose from the whole matrix.
