Handwriting recognition suggestion
When converting handwriting to text it would be preferable not to add a return automatically at the end of each handwritten line. Instead, add a special symbol to insert a return, like a capital “J” rotated 90° counter-clockwise. I’m thinking of the “return” symbol on BBEdit’s default font.
That one feature could save a great amount of tedium removing returns and adding spaces.

Small place (like window) inside PDF archive to write notes
My suggestion is the app could have a smal window inside a pdf to write notes about... Or import a notebook (small) on the archive, or, at least, add "post it" to attach the file (and be able to export them all at the end- not one by one, please).

Copy pages in thumbnail view
It’d be nice to be able to copy and paste pages from the thumbnail view instead of having to copy them, close the thumbnail view, click add page and paste them.

Login Code or possibility to lock special Projects
I absolutely like the App but i need to lock my notes because i am working with informations that are very sensitiv.
The possibility to enter a Code to the Wohle App or to Special notes is a Good Feature to save the informations1 vote -

Keybinding the Return key to selecting blue buttons
In windows like for exporting, the button to execute the final step ("Export" in this case) is blue, like the Apple pop-up windows. This suggests hitting the return key should work like pressing that button with the cursor like with Apple pop-ups, but this is not the case. Seems like a simple fix that would just make users' lives a little easier.

Opaque Shapes option
Hi,
My professors sometimes provide us with scans of documents to read. I like to annotate as I read. However because these can be scans with black edges from scanning, it is really hard to find a color that will show through. If I was able to put an opaque shape behind my text to make it easily viewable, that would be awesome. The current fill only allows for a see though fill and it doesn’t help at all. I also can’t chose white because it would not show on the white spaces and I don’t want to be changing…1 vote -

Option to click through pages instead of scrolling
When i use good notes to add my own annotations in my professor's presentation slides, I would love to have an option to click through the pages instead of scrolling through them. It makes the reading faster and it's easier to navigate between the slides.

Colar imagens por cima de outras imagens
Um ponto muito negativo desta app e que leva muitos usuários a não comprá-la é o facto de quando queremos colar imagens umas por cima de outras, teremos de pensar muito bem antes de o fazer, o que leva a perda de tempo. Por exemplo, se eu colocar uma imagem de um campo de futebol, depois colar várias imagens de jogadores por cima desta, se por ventura, quiser apenas mover 2 ou 3 jogadores simultâneamente a app não permite fazer, ou seja, ou tenho de mover um a um, ou se utilzar a ferramenta de seleção para selecionar os que…

Changing between tool is nice but I would love to see an option that would switch between the pen colour instead.

malfunctioning return
If you press return it also deletes content from pages you are not at the moment, sometimes you tap it once or twice too often, just to find out later that you accidentally deleted stuff from the previous page.

Dropbox synchronisation eats up your HD memory: please fix this bug asap!
After turning on Automatic synchronisation of my Goodnotes files to Dropbox, I discovered that this feature takes over an enormous amount of the HD memory, in fact if left it alone it will take over all your HD. I discovered this when I ran out of memory in my HD and discovered that the Dropbox cache was 500GB. It took me some time to figure out why I had lost this enormous amount of memory. After erasing the dropbox cache, it immediately started filling up again and in one day it was already 100GB large! At the moment it copies…

Automatic Updates for iOS and MacOS
Although I have automatic updates turned on in the App store, I frequently have to manually update the app on each device. I see that this has something to do with the "phased release" of updates. It would, however, be lovely not to have to take these extra steps on a regular basis.
