Convert Hand Written Notes to Text to the Same Page, additional feature to the export in converted to text.
Please please add a feature to convert hand written notes to the same page. You offer to export the converted hand written notes to text, but you should allow to change the notes in the fly to the same page you converted. Please! Your note application will supersede all others with this feature!

Found on line manual for converting script to text with Google and hints from other suggestions. Thank you. This is so useful input should be with the ? Help in the app.
My part of this problem is now partially cured.
Would still like the long press to reveal what it interprets a particular word as.
Also would still like the page or range of pages for conversion. -

MyScriot allow .txt as a format for exporting a page. You should do the same. You you should have a second lasso ( or an option to select the lasso with a long press) that will select your handwritten text but copy it as .txt text for pasting elsewhere.
MyScript also allows you to press on words to verify that they have been recognized correctly.
The whole process of converting notes to text for use elsewhere needs a separate help section.

This functionality would be terrific. Currently Microsoft don't allow their note app to let you do ink to text on iPad Pro, with Apple Pencil. It's great that you do, but it can't be saved in GoodNotes so that isn't so good. It would be great if you did! And being able to convert whole pages & notebooks at once to text without the lasso tool would be even better, especially if they could be saved as text! Please?

Totally agree with this

Super! When can it be used? Does it have a learning feature - you replace wrong spelling manually and the next time it is transformed correctly?

I agree. Having to lasso every time is kind of a pain. If like to just convert whole pages to text right within the app.

It would be nice to have labels and stickers as well, similar to what is in Noteledge app. When you are planning a trip or creating a Travel log, stickers and labels will make if more colorful and fun. Another feature that is in Noteledge app is inserting or recording a video. Also they have in-app browser where you can search for pictures and crop out sections you want and place it in the app which is very cool. If you think my idea is going to be a great addition please vote for my idea "Insert Videos, Stickers, Internet Cropping tool"

Definitely I would love to be able to export whole notebooks as text files, that would be amazing!

Yep, you're the only app right now that properly reads my handwriting, and it would seem like the next step to hit a button and have a couple of options: new page with a text box, or current page translated to text. It would be a beautiful thing because I can then take the text and export as PDF and send to whom ever.

*without having to use laso tool

It would be great to have shortcut that converts a whole page or note to text with having to use the laso tool. Further, the text should then be automatically pasted into a duplicate page following the converted handwritten page(s) or or possible a duplicate note for whole note conversions.

I use the lasso to convert often but then have to cut and paste and then erase the handwritten text. It would be a great feature to lasso and have it replace the handwritten text with actual text (and if it could recognize and match color that would be nice as well).

I know this is an old idea, but the OCR-search function works really well, even with my irratic handwriting, so why not extend the feature to export complete notes to a text file, even if it contains some faults that wouldn't be a problem.

The existing handwriting feature is powerful, I like it a lot. However, it would be nice if the pop-up window has an option of "replace" inaddition to the existing "copy" and "export" option. This feature should be able to allow replacing the handwriting directly by the recognized text.

When this option is activated, handwriting is automatically switched to text and cursor is at end of text (ready to type if any corrections are needed). It could be a mode or it could simply be a button that I press when I am done handwriting. This would be much simpler than pressing convert, copy to clipboard, paste, highlight handwriting, delete handwriting.

It would be very helpfull to be able to copy & paste the converted text, e.g. into a mail or as a todo in a todo-app.
