Editable bookmarks and table of contents (outline) which are exportable together with the pdf file.
Other pdf apps should be able to detect the bookmarks and outlines.
Outlines and hyperlinks will be preserved in exported PDF when the file format is set to “Editable” in the export options.

There is an issue with the feature:
Creating a Notebook, and adding pages to outline does create a table of content in the pdf.
But the table of content is in the order of the time I added the page to outline.Example:
Notebook with 10 pages.
1) outlined page 1 with name : First Chapter
2) outlined page 8 with name : Last Chapter
3) outlined page 4 with name : I forgot thisIn GoodNote the outline will be displayed with the pages order (as one would expect).
Bu the exported PDF table of content is ordered by the time added the outline page, that is, no the the correct order.

Outlines are retained in the exported PDF if you export it as “editable” rather that “flattened”. Flattening PDF exports seems to remove outlines created in GoodNotes 5.

This problem is still there in mid 2019!

Would definitely be a good feature. If you are sharing anything other than a fairly document with other people as a PDF, then not having the bookmarks export with the rest of the content really diminishes the usefulness.

I agree. How much longer till we can export our bookmarks and table of contents with the document in GoodNotes as a PDF? I export a document to free space on my iPad and/or share it as a PDF. Then when I import it back into my GoodNotes, I have to spend time recreating bookmarks. So VERY frustrating.

Really annoying.... I imported a pdf to underline it....well done...then once exported all outlines disappear.
Now consulting the pdf with almost 1200 pages is really difficult, let’s say impossible... too many paragraphs without pdf outlines.
Please team solve this big issue! -

I honestly cannot understand why this hasn't been implemented yet - nor can I understand why it hasn't got more votes!
I don't see much point creating bookmarks only to lose them when exporting to PDF.
Come on, guys, please! -

Another vote for the ability include the bookmark when you export a Notebook as PDF.. I use bookmarks frequently with my hand written Goodnotes notebooks.. When I export the notebooks as PFD the bookmarks disappear.

All the PDF outlines (table of content) which worked perfectly in Goodnotes 3 disappear when the same pdf is used in Goodnotes 4. I've tried importing and adding the same pdf through various ways and none worked. Please fix this. The app is amazing but this feature is very important.
