Password protect
It would be great if you had an option to password protect a selected notebook in case you have to create one that would contain sensitive information.

Introducing Password Protection for your documents
To lock a document, tap on the context menu for the document in the library view and set a password. Anytime you try to open, export, duplicate, or delete the document, Goodnotes will ask you for the set password. If you’re using a device that supports FaceID or TouchID, you can use these instead of your password to unlock a document. Please note that you can have only one password that will apply to all locked notebooks and that Password Protection is only available in Goodnotes 6. Learn more
Update to version 6.4.2 in App Store to use Password Protection.

This would be a very useful feature. I would use Goodnotes for Journalling and keeping notes for work if I could keep them secure.

Seriously, people has been asking for this already for years! I did not know this, I will be switching to another app. Bummer since I already lost my money buying GoodNotes and I do like it, but having some privacy on a notebook is extremely important to me.

Please add password protecting notebooks. I work in HIPAA sensitive information and would be great if good notes was HIPAA compliant.

People have been asking for this for over 6 years. If they were going to add it they would have done so by now.... I suggest not waiting around for them to put password protection in the app. Instead go find another app that has it, which is what I did. No regrets. I come here a few times a year to see if people are still begging for this feature, and I'm surprised every time to see they still are. Find another app.
