Pen Favourite / Shortcut = Pen Type + Colour + Size AT THE SAME TIME !
Today, when you want to use the fountain pen in Green at a size of 1,5mm for some elements PLUS the ball pen in black at a size of 0,3mm, you have to always switch the 3 characteristics ALL THE TIME :
- Tap Pen > switch Fountain / Ball
- Tap Colour > switch the colour
- Tap Size > switch the size >> In real paper life, you drop the first pen and take the other one... it should the same here
Solution Needed :
1. You let us define / save the 3 elements at the same time & allow us to save them all together
2. You allow us to access quickly select the pen (see picture for a proposal)

I agree. It would be great to have a similar feature like Notability, where you can save favourite pens options, which become shortcuts on the left-hand side in the middle of the page.
Very useful if you need to be quick with switching in a quick note-taking scenario when you have to be lean.
The proposed picture is excellent, but those pen icons will confuse me in fast note-taking. Perhaps better visual distinguishment will speed up type recognition and make it even better.
Please consider this strongly if this feature is not protected from Notability. It will significantly enhance the user experience, I believe.

Add also a way to access it using keyboard shortcuts, or add customs keyboard shortcuts.
