I get this (attached) message when opening Good Notes. Is it because my VPN is on? There is no way of contacting you except for this suggestion page, please provide a way to contact you.
You can contact us directly from our help center on support.goodnotes.com. There is a link to a contact form in every article. Could you please use that to send us the diagnostic data that you can export in GoodNotes > Menu > About? We’ll investigate your case.

Urgent: Lost All Notes After Deleting GoodNotes App
Dear GoodNotes Support Team,
I recently deleted the GoodNotes app from my device, and after reinstalling it, I found that all my notes were completely gone. I did not expect this to happen, and I am unable to recover any of my files.
I would like to know if there is any way to restore my lost notes. I was not aware that deleting the app would remove all my data, and I did not manually back up my files. If my notes were stored on iCloud or linked to my account in any way, please let me know how I can retrieve them.
