Select, duplicate, modify, file in a separate folder and export
I have many pdf blueprint sheets in a blueprint of a building. I would like to be able to select 1 or many, duplicate just those selected, modify accordingly, move them to a new folder either in the master folder or in a new folder and then send the folder to others. This way only the relevant blueprints are being viewed by the recipient and I can keep my original blueprint unchanged. Would be very handy for questions and answers.
To duplicate documents, tap on the Select button in the upper right of the library view, tap on the documents you wish to select, and then tap “duplicate”.
To duplicated pages within a document, you’d have to copy and paste them again in the same document as described here: https://support.goodnotes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000645716-Copying-or-moving-pages-from-one-document-to-another-in-GoodNotes-5

I would like to be able to duplicate my files. They have links within the document. The problem is that the copied file links keep opening in the old file and do not link within the new document. This makes no sense to me. How do fix this?

I am trying to make organized file structures and I want to copy the same folder that I created and paste them into my other folder because it is like (week1,week2,….,week15) for all my folders. And I am not able to copy folder with the subfolders in it into another category. Can you guys, help with that feature please.
