I always hold the device in my hand and scroll the screen with my thumb. I found it uncomfortable on my wrist to have to use two fingers to press twice to undo it, and it sometimes didn't flow as it should, and I had trouble using three fingers to press the redo because it became undo, which made it very frustrating. I believe there should be a setting for how many fingers you want to use to undo and redo.

I thoroughly enjoy this app and use it for all of my notetaking. I noticed that I was unconsciously pressing two of my fingers on the screen to undo just like procreate does but that’s not a feature available in this app. I think adding the double finger tap feature would be a huge benefit to this app and could maximize the potential.

If you have the 2nd gen Apple Pencil you can choose this option in your Apple Pencil settings on your ipad

I would like a quick access to the eraser. Instead of selecting the eraser in the menu bar I would for example love if you could change to the erase with a simple click or gesture on you screen. Maybe a quick double tap with your pencil

Yes, please. I used Concepts for a long time and I got used to the comfort of being able to use my finger to quickly lasso things up, without going to the toolbar.

I would set the finger to "lasso", but it's best to provide options for people.

Two times double tap is the gesture to undo. Try it!

YESSSSSSSS! Use finger as eraser when a stylus or more importantly Apple Pencil is connected. Someone here mentioned Linea as an app the uses this feature. To add to that list Procreate and Concepts are apps that have implemented this feature as well. I ordered an “eraser” cap for my 1st gen apple pencil and OMG it feels so natural to rotate it to erase from my sketches and designs. GoodNotes was my 1st real note taking app that I ever used and liked (used bamboo fineline stylus). Please GoodNotes I’m bumping a thread that’s hella old, please add this option

Seconded. Maybe a dedicated button at the top/side use to turn on/off eraser. Or maybe more conveniently located undo/redo buttons.

A possible implementation could be similar to what it has been done in the newly released "linea" app. When the apple pencil (or other smart) is used let the user erase content using a single finger gesture. The two finger gesture can still be used to move around.

I would love to see this feature see the light of day.

A quick switch to eraser function i.e. Quick double tap or long tap to switch back and forth from eraser to pen (Or previous writing tool)

Write with a styles. Erase with your finger. Without switching function.
